Boiled or Fried Rice
Ingredients see boiled / fried rice for cooking instructions
2 cups of cold boiled rice
2 spring onions chopped
2 eggs whisked then add half of the spring onions
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp light soya sauce
Method
1. Place the wok on a medium heat and coat the wok with the oil
2. Add the eggs and stir fry to until the eggs start to scramble turn the heat up to full
3. Then add the boiled rice and stir fry for 2 -3 minutes stirring the rice and egg together
4. Add the soya sauce and stir fry for 1 minute
5. Add the remaining spring onions stir into the rice and serve
