Cheese and Steak Bake
Serves four
Ingredients
4 potatoes pealed and diced
1 x small broccoli chopped
4 x sirloin steaks
Packet of cheese sauce
Method
1. Pre heat oven to 180c / 350f / gas 4
2. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes
3. Boil broccoli for 5 minutes
4. Drain and place into a 4 inch deep casserole dish
5. Season and seal steaks in a hot frying pan 1 minute each side then place on top of the potatoes and broccoli
6. Make the cheese sauce and pour over the steaks
7.Place in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked
